We need approximately 30 volunteers to make 430 batches! 

Sunday, September 1, 2024: Andagi Cooking on the Convention Center Promenade

7am - noon or 11:30 - 5pm (or until we're done, whichever comes first!)

We will have 8 woks cooking. We need approximately 30 volunteers for 2 shifts to keep them all going! This is a great opportunity to learn how to "drop" andagi.

All volunteers must be adults since there's hot oil.

What to Bring

• Apron

• Non-skid shows (required)

• Head covering (required)

• Mask (optional)
